Mr. Sohail is an Advocate of the High Courts and holds a B.A. (Hon) from Queen’s University, Canada, a L.L.B from the University of New Brunswick, Canada, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the United Kingdom. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Mr. Sohail has considerable experience in corporate law, banking law, commercial law and dispute resolution. Mr. Sohail was associated for the last eleven (11) years with a leading commercial law firms, at Karachi and Islamabad (Orr, Dignam & Co. and Hassan & Hassan (Advocates)) and thereafter, as the chief legal officer & company secretary, Engro Foods Limited / Engro Foods Canada/USA.
Presently, he practices law in Islamabad, focusing on commercial, banking, civil and constitutional litigation.
